Things to entertain the kids at Easter!

After a recent trip down to Lands End in Cornwall I thought I'd let everyone know about "Arthurs Quest" - a new interactive attraction that uses special effects to create a magical world, with Brian Blessed narrating the story.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to see the show so thought I would recommend it to all the other Mums and families who might be in the South West area and looking for something to do, or for those visiting the area in the Easter or Summer holidays.

Also, to make a weekend of it, on the Lands End Hotel website there is a special offer for dinner, bed & breakfast for only £99.

Also, there are activities on throughout the Easter weekend:
"On Easter Sunday all our all-inclusive attractions tickets give you the opportunity to take part in an Easter Egg hunt for the chance to win some great prizes. On Easter Sunday and Monday we also have an Austin 7 vintage car rally taking place in the main plaza."

Great ideas. One I also came across is the Easter hunt at the Beatrix Potter World in the Lake District. There will be a search to find 110 ceramic easter eggs in the nearby countryside. If you find one that's free entry into the attraction. Sounds like a fairly good family day out.
