Product faulty under guarantee - advice please.

Hi,

We bought a halogen oven from ideal world and after 3 months it has developed a fault. As this is ( hopefully ) under guarantee I was wondering what are my rights regarding returning it for replacement / repair and postage costs etc ?
I have e-mailed the company but had no reply

    Well if you're returning it under warranty, it would depend on the terms and conditions of your warranty.

    If you're going back to retailer with SoGA.....any remedy should be at no cost to you. You can request a repair/replacement/refund but the retailer can refuse if your choice is disproportionately costly and instead, choose their own method.

    It is too easy to ignore an email.
