Equifax Credit Report

Hi, I've just received a copy of my credit file from Equifax and I'm having trouble understanding it. I was ok with the Experian one! Could anyone explain what each entry should say. I was declared bankrupt august 2008 and discharged a year later. An example of one entry on my file is

Can anyone tell me which info on here needs to be corrected. I hope it makes sense. Many thanks.

Hi minimad1970, Your file is showing this account to be still in default. Things I know are the information in red, still learning myself and not sure what the Effective date should be or the Insight last updated date means either tbh. On mine I have this Supplementary flag as partial not sure if this is the norm or not hopefully a poster can advise us both further on this.
