hi,thanks for coming back to me. the mobile is for three mobiles at £20 each. the additional £43 is for my daughters horseriding lessons. understood on the presents and entertainment but they came up on the template so just put that in. my daughter does use internet for school. i know the petrol at 303 is high but honestly we have an old bmw 318 which costs me £10 - £15 per day just to get to work and school and back and then its driving on weekends for the kids and that, i know its high but its honestly what that car costs me. its a guzzler0

Hope your interview goes well for you! Let us know how you get on. Good luck!0

I hope others will correct me if I'm wrong:
Car maintenance seems low at £10 per month. Even if you maintain your car yourself, the MOT will be in the region of £50 per year.
Holiday allowance is £20 per person per month I understand, so you could bump it up to £80.
Have you priced in some life insurance? Worth having.0 -
How did it go? I have my interview tomorrow morning and am really nervous!. Am also a family of 4, so interested in whether the OR allowed your expenses? Hope you are relaxing tonight xNot as silly as I was thanks to MSE:)0

I have to take issue with never allowed for presents/birthdays. I included it in my SOA and it wasn't questioned. I wasn't interviewed though so maybe I got lucky.
I would put it in and see if they knock it out if it is what you genuinely spend. However if those figures made your SOA look a little to good to be true, eg less than 20 per month surplus I'd pay more attention to making the other expenses as accurate as humanly possible as you may have to prove them.Mixed Martial Arts is the greatest sport known to mankind and anyone who says it is 'a bar room brawl' has never trained in it and has no idea what they are talking about.0 -
well just to let you know i had my interview and it went soooooooo well. all that worrying for nothing. the lady i spoke to was lovely, she was so understanding. she knew her stuff but she was really nice. everything in my soa was accepted but i didnt put in the presents and entertainment. she actually bumped my clothing up to £160 and yes my car maintenance to £50. she also gave me emergency of £50 and a bit extra for my son who is disabled. some things were a bit too much like my petrol which was changed to £216 but all in all not bad. i got a income payments order of £59 per month and my hubby of £49 per month. i don't think that is too bad. one thing i was wondering which i forgot to mention to her is my daughters horseriding lessons of £10 per week. would that be allowed or not.
thanks by the way for all your kind words0 -
Hi there, could I ask a question as both my husband and I will be going BR.
Our income has always come into a joint account and bills paid from the one pot. Did your SOA's look the same as each others? (apart from different wages).
Thanks0 -
Hi Lisa.89
I went bankrupt recently at the same time as my hubby and I can confirm our soa looked the same. We use different bank accounts but all the money is pooled and used to pay bills all together. This wasnt questioned by OR.

Many thanks for reply
Looks like you got a fair SOA agreed, which is reassuring.
