Kitchenaid Xmas promotion - free glass bowl????

Hi, apologies if this is the wrong forum but this seems to be where kitchenaids are discussed most on this site.
I was lucky enough to receive a much longed for by me kitchenaid for Christmas, it came with a leaflet saying that I would receive a free glass bowl if I sent of proof of purchase by 31st of Jan 2012 and I would receive my bowl within 28 days.
I did this, however I still haven't received my bowl, I was wondering if anyone else applied and has received there's yet?

Despite googling I can't find either an email address or contact number for the address I sent my application to, I've contacted Selfridges where the kitchenaid was purchased from but they were unable to help.

There is a contact number on their website. If they don't answer directly, you can leave them your number and they ring back really quickly - and provide the best customer service! Good luck.

Thanks Jussy, I was trying to contact the place you have to send the receipt to, it's called beam group ltd but as I'm having no luck I'll give kitchenaid themselves a ring.

Hi,

I just phoned Kitchenaid and they told me that the bowls had run out and they had new stock for the promotion due this week. They then said if I did not receive my bowl within two weeks to phone again and give them the serial number and purchase date and they would chase it up.
