Get a new mateI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0 -
Only ever had one already installed in a house we bought.
We struggled with it for a year and that was enough for me it was incredibly unreliable.
We replaced it with a Vaillant.
You will find fitters all have their own favorite makes that they like to push. Personally i would only use Vaillant, Worcester or Viessman in my own house.0 -
Hi there, have a vokera he 29 combi, been in 3 years and works a treat. Each plumber has there own pref to what they fit! I am happy with my vokera, fast hot water delivery0

I have a Vokera Excel80 SP combi, fitted 15 years ago, serviced yearly and still going strong. The Vokera engineer that services it (albeit "privately") reckons the newer ones aren't a patch on mine, make of that what you will.0

I had a Vokera Linea Combi boiler installed about 10 years ago and it's been pretty reliable and still going strong. The PRV has needed replacing twice in the last two years, but before that, hadn't needed a repair for about 5 years.
The only thing I would say is that it's quite big, so if space is an issue for you, I'd measure your space and make sure it's going to fit....nothing to see here...0 -
weve had our new one in for 1 yr nephew fitted it and his mate hubby chose it though as the fittings match as old one so was an easy exchange and kitchen much bigger minus a water tank our gas bills are almost half scottish gas aint happy sent the meter reading guy twice before they would refund but we are very happy. So finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x0

I have a Sabre (Vokera sub brand) HE (condensing) in my flat and the only time it failed was due a maintenance engineering getting the air/gas mix wrong. It works great and the hot water pressure is impressive for a combo.
Edited to add it was fitted about 3 years ago.0 -
