Opening/closing date & time:

· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and online on 11 March 2012.

· Competition closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 10:00AM on 27 March 2012.

· Competition closes for entries online via the www.itv.com website no less than 3 working days after the closing date and time for entries via PRTS and SMS.

Competition draw date:
Within no more than one week of the closing date and time for all entries.

The winner will be contacted on the competition draw date in accordance with the time-critical provisions set out in Clause 4.2 of the General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 09012 934 934 and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 88338 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 88338 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number provided.

Cash

A cheque for £10,000 (ten thousand pounds sterling) made payablein the name of the winner only.

The prize provider for the cash element of the prize is: ITV Consumer Limited, The London Television Centre, Upper Ground, London SE1 9LT.

Holiday

A trip for the winner and three (3) adult companions for three (3) nights in New York, USA, to include:

· Return economy class flights from London Heathrow or Gatwick airport (subject to availability) to New York;

· Three (3) nights accommodation for the winner and their companions at a 5* quality hotel in New York based on the winner and their companions sharing two twin or double rooms;

· Return transfers between the airport and hotel in New York;

· Travel insurance for the winner and their companions for the duration of the trip (subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider). The winner and/or their companions are responsible for meeting any additional costs related to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions is/are aged 74 or over; and

· One (1) skating session including skate-rental in Central Park, New York available only between November 2012 and March 2013 inclusive.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

The New Yorkholiday element of the prize must be booked and taken up within 12 months of winner confirmation except that the New Yorkholiday element of the prize cannot be taken during Easter, Christmas, New Year or on any other UK public holiday.

For the New York holiday element of the prize, the winner and their companions must both be aged 18 or over and must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to New York. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party; (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, meals and drinks, additional transportation and excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
