Tax rebate after migration from IB to ESA

in Cutting tax
My husband has just been transferred from Incapacity benefit to ESA WRAG (contributions based). He also receives DLA and Industrial Injuries Benefit (which are non-taxable) and a small Civil Service Pension which he has been paying approx £60 a month on for the current tax year (his tax code is 194L).
Since he was transferred to ESA (on 14 Feb) he received a P45 which, as instructed, he gave to the JobCentre Plus. He has now received a new Tax Coding Notice for the current year changing his Tax code to 664L (this actually acknowledges his ESA start date and has the accumulative amount to 9 April 2012).
I think this is wrong, as does my husband's brother who is an accountant and who has looked at all the figures. I am convinced that we will receive a rebate which no doubt we will be asked to pay back at some point! Has this happened to anyone else?
I hope this is on the right board, however please move it Mods, if you feel it will be better served on the Benefits or Disability board

All sorted with a call to the tax office, the new coding failed to take into account the IB received in the current tax yea; a 'computer error' apparently! :rotfl:
New tax code to include this has been issued and is 213L which sounds about right.
Thanks for your help SYA.0
