what's worth more? a upstairs bathroom or 3 bedrooms? I'm guessing 3 bedrooms but I'm not sure!
We have 2 bedrooms but upstairs bathroom but the houses like ours on the house price websites have 3 bedrooms and hence a downstairs bathroom
any ideas?
... sorry to be vague but it depends on the area and the type of house. A local EA will always be able to advise best.0 -
thanks everyone
We're still waiting to hear from our LL (we don't have his number, our letting agent won't give it out) if we haven't by 4 tomorrow we'll ring the letting agent again.
Also done more rummaging around on websites and think we know what the value should be too, which we can afford.
I've got all scared and tiny though
I'm not old enough to be thinking about buying somewhere, thats what grown ups do
thanks again xxxTrying to get on top of finances one step at a time0
