Call 18866 Connection - Question (not the 2p)

Ok, just a quick question (I'm getting lazzzy).

If you ring a geographical number (get the zero ppm message) but the line is engaged - does this count as a connection???

No it doesn't. It's the exact same as getting a busy signal from BT. If you aren't connected you don't pay.

But you be charged if you heard a message saying something like "the line is busy, but the caller knows you are waiting".

Hi peeps
Can't open an invoice attachment from 18866 and have had no reply to my email about it.I don't think the problem is my end as other peoples attachments sent to me have opened.Anybody had similar problems ?
