idiot proof but yumy onion bhaji recipe

hubby wants to make onion bhajis and i wonder if anyone makes these? could i have the recipe please?

  • The ones I make are done in the oven rather than deep fried like most onion bhajis. Before I made them I thought because of this they wouldn't be very good, but they really are - certainly better than the supermarket ones, and they come close to some of my favourite Indian restaurants, considering I have to travel 400 miles to my favourite restaurants, these make a very good substitute lol!

    that is for the one using chickpea flour - I use this one, for some reason it isn't loading the pictures at the minute, but you can follow it without the pictures, or there is a video, plus there is another recipe which uses buckwheat flour, which shows the pictures on there - http://jeenaskitchen.blogspot.com/2007/12/onion-bhaji-recipe.html

    Hope that helps, and what I normally do is make a double batch up and freeze one.
