I chased them for some money they owed me and gave up in the end.
No good throwing good money after bad.
But will never, ever, deal with them again.I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0 -
There are many departments, all of which are empowered to deal with different issues. I used to work in a complaints department for them, but we were quite specific in what we could and couldn't deal with.

got a new phone, via them, although renewed my orange contract, something never done other with orange before, this phone has been faulty from the start, I cannot get back to shop, hubby been in twice and logged fault, lack of usage is evident in bill, I might as well not have a phone now, but stuck in a 24 month contract with no working phone. I cannot get to shop, and I need someone who can sort it and resolve, it has been four months now, was reported at the time shortly after the upgrade, to no avail.0
