Put down what you know to the best of your knowledge. It doesn't have to be exact, as the OR will make enquiries (so to speak).
So either the last figure you had, what it now shows on your credit report etc... Whichever you think is most likely to be closest.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

can i ask which address shall i write down for example i have diffrent address for barclay bank as one of my creditors
many thanks0 -
Whichever address you have. For big banks like that it doesn't really matter, as the OR has their own address/contact list which they will use when they write to creditors rather than the one you list.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

can iask section 4 BR.FORM SAYING LIST DOWN creditors also date incurred,,one of my creditors is barclay card i don't know what date shall i write down for date incurred,,,,also can i ask about new low ((social loans/march 19th 2012))) how efecting us and those r in the Br.prossess
many thanks0 -
With a credit card put down when you opened the account or roughly the date you put most on the card. Doesn't really matter, as if the OR has queries they will check statements anyway.
Social fund loans depend on the date you go bankrupt.
If you go bankrupt before 19th March, then they will be covered by the bankruptcy. If you go BR on or after the 19th, they won't.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Hi Sam, I just put the date I thought I'd got the card and in brackets put Approx and the OR was fine with it.
2006 (Approx)
