I sold something & expected around £30-£40 but it went for 99p, buyer paid via Paypal & I posted it (Have COP). They said it didn't arrive so I filed with Royal Mail & gave buyer a refund. Now how do I claim back my fees on eBay?
Also, I bought something & when it came the box was damaged. I emailed seller 3 times to no avail so I left them a netrual. I have now got this negative on my account "Poor communication , shame had a spare box", any chance of getting this removed or not? I've left this reply "Emailed 3 times with no reply, left seller a neutral & got a negative in return!"

Consider feedback left permanent. You had your shot at leaving feedback, and so did they.
As you've left a follow-up to his neg, people can see why you left your neutral. My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
it seems that unless both parties agree to a mutaul withdrawal of feedback, there is nothing you can do.
generally: think you should leave either a positive, or a negative fb, neutral is just asking for a problem if you leave fb first.
always try and leave fb after the other party. that way you can respond in kind.
the crazy ebay system means in effect, that you cant leave a negative without incurring one yourself. which is stupid when you are the innocent party.
its gotten to the stage where you cant leave a neg for anyone now.
you need to think very hard about leaving a neg, and you have to assume that a return neg will be left.
think first, do i really want one???Get some gorm.0 -
as above for the feedback remarks, you can't get it withdrawn as he has not been abusive or anything in which case I think you can both ask for FB to be removed.
regarding getting ebay fees back for an item you have had to refund, you can't do this as it did sell, through ebay so your 'contract' with them is complete, it's your 'contract' with RM that has fallen through. (sorry, prob. not what you wanted to hear)0
