My daughter has a Nokia 3220 and has a problem, when she rings people they can't hear her and she doesn't know what she might have done to cause this.

I had a sony z7 which did the same thing, I could hear them perfectly at my end but at the other end, they thought I was underwater.
Probably a mic fault, worth getting it checked out with a repair store.0
