Lloyds Save what matters service

Anyone use the Lloyds TSB "Save what matters" back up service on the IPhone?

If so you may find you cannot login from the handset! I have been trying for 2 days now, so I decided to conntact them... It appears they have done an update on the servers which has effected Iphone users...

They are working on a fix.... or so they say

Anyone having the same issues?

Stuart

SaveWhatMatters doesn’t work! I’m a Lloyds TSB customer and, after waiting soooo long, just tried to download the app from the link they sent me by txt but it won’t download because the US firm that run the program has an expired licence – what a load of old tat!!

Have never bothered with this. Can think of better ways of backing up my phone numbers than giving them to Llloyds/TSB.

What does "save what matters?" do for you? I can't work it out

I believe you provide Lloyds/TSB with all the phone numbers stored on your phone/SIM card who then store them for you in case you lose the phone.

    How bizarre.

I thought they were a bank, but obviously have missed their announcement that they are now dabbling in IT outsourcing.

No wonder Antonio Horta-Osorio had to take a few months out to get to terms with it ;)

What's wrong with the old fashioned route of backing up your mobile data to your PC?

Personally I see little point in this, especially if there is a charge involved.
