Hello all,
We see so many vents on here, I wanted to post some praise. I recently ordered a 4ft bed frame and mattress from them, booked a delivery etc. There was a problem processing my card, and they called me immediately to inform me of it, and remained on the phone until it was fixed.
I decided that if I had booked a day off to get the delivery, I might as well get my own mattress replaced at the same time and called two days later to extend my order. Again, everything was handled quickly. I got an email the day before delivery to confirm the delivery slot allocated. An extra phone call about an hour before they were due asked me politely if they could come early, as they were a bit ahead of schedule and in the area.
The goods were delivered to the bedrooms (not just the front door of the building or flat) within 30 minutes, the delivery men were lovely and polite and the goods were of excellent quality.
For those struggling to pick an online supplier - I'd go with them. Really good service!
