This promotion is organised by QVC and is open to any UK resident aged 18 years or over, except employees or agents of QVC or any of their group companies, their families, households and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. Entries must be limited to one per individual. This competition is exclusive to QVCUK's Facebook fan page.
4. First Stage: entrants must answer 1 multiple choice question:
Question: Who won ‘Outstanding Contribution to Music’ in the Brit Awards 2012? Blur
5. Entrants must email their answer to the question to competitions_uk@qvc.com. Entrants should add “Brits Facebook Comp” to the subject line of the email together with their name, full postal address and contact phone number. Entrants should supply their answer to the question in the body of the email.
6. Entries must be made from 12.00pm on 21/02/12 (“the Opening Date”) and received by QVC no later than 23.59 on 26/02/12 (“the Closing Date”). Entries received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date will not be eligible.
7. Second Stage: Entrants who have submitted their entries by the Closing Date in accordance with these term and conditions and who have answered the question correctly will go forward into the second stage of the promotion. This involves five winners being drawn at random. The draw will take place by 17.00 on 27/02/12.
8. QVC will use all reasonable endeavours to notify the winners by email by 17.30 on 27/02/12. The winners will be required to confirm to QVC, in the manner instructed by QVC, that they accept the prize within 48 hours of receiving the email. In the event that one of the winners fails to do so by midnight on 29/02/12 then QVC may at its absolute discretion disqualify that person and select at random a replacement winner who QVC will use all reasonable endeavours to notify by email. If the replacement winner fails to respond within such time-limit set by QVC which QVC shall use its reasonable endeavours to inform them of by email or otherwise, then the provisions of this clause shall apply to that replacement winner in the same way as if they were the original winner.
9. The prize awarded to the five winners will be a Decleor Brit Awards 2012 goody bag worth approximately £145.
