Can anyone tell me how many bank statements have to be provided when going bankrupt?

from none to as many as the OR asks for,more then likely they will get them themselves.

Keep what you've got - file them in order if possible. When you have the telephone interview I think the OR will let you know what they want. If you haven't got them then just say so. As the above poster says if it's that important the OR can get them themselves.
I wouldn't spend any money to obtain any if you haven't got them.

I printed of 12 months of bank statements prior to going to court and OR interview. Glad I did as OR asked me a lot of questions related to my SOA and I was able to answer them together with dates. When letter came requesting 12 months statements helped speed process and sent them off. ( that suited me personally) However if they want anymore ten OR will have to obtain them as used a lot of ink and paper!.

Thank you all for your answers, I have online banking and haven't had paper statements for a couple of years. I will wait for the OR and hope they get them direct from the bank.
