heated over blankets with your duvet

hi
i want to buy a heated over blanket but not sure how they are meant to be used with your duvet?
many say they are sized to fit a duvet cover, but does that mean it can be used in the SAME cover as the duvet it's not made clear at all
can any one tell me please

P.S.

has any one seen a super king over blanket, i cant find one anywhere may have to get two singles and sew together !!!

What about an electric duvet instead? Argos was selling them in the winter so if you wait till the July edition, they will probably sell them again.

Why not buy a good quality duck down ( Sorry ducks !! ) duvet they are extremely warm and a damn sight safer than a heated blanket.
