** Vodafone have ruined my credit file ~ my life is now on hold**

    Im a complete outsider, but I can tell you whats going on.

    No doubt in the last 48 hours they have been passing your
    problem around various departments to get to the bottom of
    it.

    case ;) im sure the vodafone guys will be in touch when they
    have some news.

    Do you expect them to get back to you within an hour saying all
    is well, you have been credited with nearly 2 grand? I think not :)

    Christ, with 3 when I was dealing with one guy in the executive office,
    it took about a month to finally get something sorted out.

    That's the nature of these large companies, they have policies and
    procedures to follow.

    Thank you for your message, I have had an email from lee this evening, I already feel reassured knowing that he is dealing with my file and knows how to treat customers unlike the customer services team who simply aren't interested. I will let you know of the outcome.
