Hi Heidi

Contact their web reps like they advise. They are the only few people in Voda CS capable of doing something useful.[/QUOTE]
Hi thanks for your message, I have had a email from Heidi and she is getting Lee to look into this for me.
From what I have read on these forums, he is extremly good at getting issues like this sorted out.
I am hoping to hear from him later, will keep you posted.0 -
If I'm reading that right, you got the bank to take back a DD payment from them? That would certainly explain a late payment mark against you.0

Yeah, that was not not good advice at all.
I've noticed a lot of threads seem to involve people being told by customer services that cancelling their direct debit is a good idea, so you're not alone in that.0 -

well im certainly not a happy customer thats for sure, last hope is Lee from web relations to help resolve someone elses mistake. I Will keep you posted.0 -
No company will tell you exactly why you failed a credit check, to do so would defeat the system as you'd fix that one thing to get around it.
Watchdog is unlikely to be interested as yours is an isolated case not a system wide issue.
Good Luck..
Thanks for your message, I have today spoken to oftel who have informed me there has been many complaints like mine, I will wait for a answer from Lee in the web team before taking it further. It just puzzles me how one of the largest networks in the UK have no care and worry about putting ones life on hold. All They keep saying is they want more time to investigate, I took this to the Directors office they will get a grip on the situation!! but NO no yet... Thanks for giving me good luck, I need it. Will let you know what happens...0 -

When I said "capable of doing something useful" I didn't meant that they work day and night and abandon all other work as soon as they receive a new e-mail.0
