Any idea what to do with this? I have 270g of raw foie gras I need to cook, it's been hanging around a while so I don't want to sear it and eat it rare for that reason.

I would make it into a pate, minced up with other meats and baked in the oven. Lots of good recipes around. You can slice it up a freeze the slices to avaoid waste."doing the best you enjoy, not the best you can tolerate, is truly the best you can do sustainably."0
