Given up on this one. Can't find the answer to the first questtion. I read the extract then tried a word search.

Second was easy enough.

Third, the link doesn't work.

Based on 2 wild guesses I decided it wasn't even worth reading the 4th extract.

Thanks for posting anyway. And perhaps if I try again tomorrow without a hangover it might be easier
