I think you would be in for a shock then, as it would clean up your teeth.

    Yes but not my habbits.

Id expect someone to come and clean my teeth for me everytime i put something in my mouth for that much money.

I have to disagree I have been using a electric toothbrush for many many years. I have never had a problem with my oral b triumph. Last about 2 weeks on a full charge with brushing for 5 minutes twice a day. I have never had a problem going to the dentist and touch wood I still do not have any fillings. :p

The Aldi one is a electric toothbrush you could have done exactly same thing only cost you less.

You're missing the point here. The two are completely different in the way they clean and work - ask a dentist.

You might as well argue that since all cars have an engine there's no point in buying anything other than the cheapest one.

I assume with your comments you have tried them both as I have. I found no difference at all other than price and no gimmick

Your analogy on engines/cars is a interesting one but there are so many variable with engines unlike toothbrushes I cant see how that is any comparison.

Still like I said I have had both so I can comment from experience.

It's all to do with the way they osculate. The one in the OP will be a lot better at this than the Aldi one.

It is pricey and I have to say I've got one I bought a while back (paid about £60 for it on Amazon) and its no different to some of the cheaper Oral B Professional Care models - my husband has the 1000 model and when I've borrowed it I haven't been able to tell the difference at all. I have to say though that mine is only 2 years old and the battery has already started to run out within a couple of days so I won't be spending out again but I will continue buying the cheaper models.

You really can't compare it to the Aldi toothbrush - the Aldi one is sonic not ossilating which is totally different. I wouldn't touch the Aldi one personally, it might prove impossible to buy the replacement brush heads in a few years. The Oral B ones have been the same design for years and years and will always be available.
