Insurance Claim help!

I recently had a small shunt in my work car park. I was coming out of a car parking space and didn't see a car coming, I knocked into the car. When i got out, I asked if the lady was she was okay, etc. and she said yes, there's hardly any damage, she was fine and she'd ring me and we'd try and sort it outside insurance (as it was so small). She said she'd take it to a local garage, get a quote and we'd sort it out as it was just a small scratch.
She went home and a couple of days later i heard form her saying there was so much damage and she just went mental. She started coming to my work and asking to speak to me as there was so much damage.
Anyway, she has put a claim into my insurers for just over £6000 down to solicitors fees, claiming for damage and whiplash.
Is there any way I can dispute this? Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the small amount of damage but how can there be £6000 worth of damage for a small shunt as I was pulling out a car parking bay?
Any help would be much appreciated.

You need to refer it to your insurers and tell them everything you have told us. What speed did the collision occur at?0

I did tell someone but i might ask to speak to someone higher. The person I spoke to said 'it's gone through solicitors so there's nothing you can do' but i don't understand how she can just say that and they pay?
i think i was going about 4-5 mph at the very most? i was just pulling out of a space bt i guess she mst've been going about 10 mph...0 -
