OH + Nationwide Charges

Hi People, my OH is disabled (has MS) and has had a flexaccount with Nationwide for about 10 years. She started getting default charges several years ago when her condition changed resulting in more visits to hospital. These charges compounded and now she is regularly paying £30 -£60 in over limit or returned Direct debit fees.

I know the reclaiming went out of the window a couple of years ago, but could she still reclaim under financial hardship?

Any advide gratefully appreciated.

By all means, if that is the case then yes.
