Linked Accounts - alternative to Standard Life

Hi there,

I currently have 3 accounts - short term, medium term and long term + my wife has 3 accounts - short term, medium term and long term with Standard Life. They are separate accounts so we can keep track of things BUT they are all linked so that all our interest is pooled.

Standard Life have just told me that they have been taken over by Barclays and now all our money has to go in one big account or 6 different accounts without the interest being combined.

I don't want to keep the Barclays account as I've already got my current account with them and want to find a savings account where I can have separate savings but link them up. Does anyone know of a bank that allows this now that Standard Life is been swallowed up by the behemoth Barclays?

all the best

Mark
