I initally got refused online by Capital one,but a week later a pin number and card came through the door,it deffo looks as if u have been accepted0

It would of actually said if you were accepted.
Just because you've signed a credit agreement this does not mean your application has passed. Can I find out my credit score? You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)0 -
It does. If you have signed a credit agreement you will get the card unless you have inserted wrong income, home owner when not, wrong work address etc. if all your info is correct than no problem.
Once the application is approved it still go through some manual checks depending on the credit history.0 -
Yes you have passed the automated online process, but you may still be rejected. Sometimes even after you have received the card, but no where near as often as Barclaycard do it.0

Sorry, I disagree.
I had an agreement posted to me, I signed and returned it and when I called this week I was advised after review my application was declined, although I have no missed payments, defaults or CCJ's and I am a homeowner owned outright!
I think after much reading it's because I went for a credit rebuild card when my credit doesn't have a problem.
But to confirm, they can still refuse, you get so close but it's so far0 -
The credit agreement thing you sign online is just to save them time IF you are accepted, everyone gets asked to sign it but alot of people still get turned down.
My MIL signed it and got instant rejection0 -

thanks for the reply. the reason i asked is because in the past, i have received the three green ticks and then the next step was the 7 - 10 working days script, but this time it was three green ticks and then credit agreement.0
