tesco home phone nightmare please help

hi all
I wonder if you can help me.
in december last year I swiched from tesco home phone to bt . tesco are still billing me. back in november last year I phone up tesco and the lady I spoke to said they will change me untill the day I swiched to another home phone network . now that I'm with bt, tesco are still changing me when they should of close the account down . Can anyone help me with this, cos I don't know what to do next . if you can help that would be fab . :)

    Contact your bank and tell them to reverse all the direct debit calls that have been made by Tesco after the date of the change. They must do that immediately under the Direct Debit Guarantee scheme.
    Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.
