Insurance Claim after Burglary

Hi All
Just looking for a bit of advice. We were burgled 8th January and contacted More Than immediately. They arranged for a company to come and secure the back door for a cost of £140. Probably should have organised this ourselves with a local firm for half the price, but shock doesn't make you think straight.
The loss adjuster came to the house on 16th January and took all of the receipts that we had gathered (about £2.5k worth). She spoke to my husband who said she was lovely and helpful & the case seemed clear cut so shouldn't be any issues.
The thing is we haven't heard anything since and can't get hold of her. She said that it would take at least a week, so we left it until 23rd Jan - then left a message on her phone, then another, and another...but she never calls back!
If I call the main line they just tell me that I need to call her directly.
Has anyone had similar issues with More Than? Any advice if I need to be patient or how to take it further?
Thanks

What are More Th<n saying?0

She works directly for More Th<n according to her voicemail, and when I called the main line for them then I didn't get anywhere.
She's actually called my husband this afternoon - must have realised by my millionth voicemail that I was annoyed and would have a go. Husband on the other hand is very sweet!!
She said she was off sick last week - she should have changed her VM though in my opinion, and that doesn't explain why calls the week before were ignored!!
But hey, we have progress!!Virtual Sealed Pot Challenge #148 - £59.93
