Paypal chargeback query- please help

Recently I purchased a memory card on Ebay. It was advertised as being a 133x card. However on entering the printed serial number and searching on Google it transpires that it is only a standard speed card.
I got in touch with the USA seller and they said that they checked the cards were 133x when they got them from their supplier. I gave the seller the serial number and the seller is still saying that the card is a 133x speed card. The seller has said to send the card back. I am thinking that this may lead to future problems, like me not getting a replacement or ending up with the same type of card.
I contacted the manufacturer and they confirmed that it is a standard speed card. They only produce a standard ~53x and 80x cards.
The card is obviously not a 133x card as the serial number printed on it proves that it is not, as well as the email I got from the actual manufacturer.
Am I entitled to do a Paypal chargeback?
If so, how does this work?
Do I just phone up my credit card company and ask for the payment to be reversed or is there more to it?
Another buyer bought the same item in an auction. After contacting him, his card does not have a serial number on it but it also does not perform as 133x.
Every other product I have bought on Ebay has been as described.
Thank you for your help.

Really? Thats nice of them, if they do give a refund.
I guessing you brought the memory card from fastmemoryman, he is known for doing this.
I've recently brought a memory card from him and I don't care about the speed of it, because it was cheap for a 2gb sd card.0 -

Yes you guessed right, or read my other posts - I did buy it from Fastmemoryman on Ebay. It was shipped fine from the USA as it came in 2 bubble envelopes. The postage on the envelope was $0.84. The memory card has a piece of printed paper stuck on it saying 2GB minisd.
The serial number from the manufacturer was printed on the other side:
6451AG 2G 01DS1
I did contact another Ebay seller that said they did not receive a 133x card but a standard one- They left negative feedback. They told me that they did not have the same serial number on their card. Apparently their card operated at 0.49MB/s write speed and it was tested in a fast USB 2.0 card reader/writer.
Carrying out a Google search showed that this is a OEM Transcend 2GB mini sd card. I contacted FMM and told them this. They stated that they tested the cards at 133x and other customers are happy. I contacted them again and they replied that the other 133x cards have the above serial number.
Transcend said they only make standard and 80x 2Gb mini sd cards.
My credit card company were very good. I explained everything to them and they agreed that it was false advertising. I was informed that they would get the money back from Mastercard and it would show up on the next statement. They did say that the seller could complain in 45 days time, so I was told to keep copies of the emails as proof.
As I previously said, this is my first experience of receiving goods that are different to the description. Hopefully it will be the only time.0
