Hi, I'm looking for a 90% mortgage for a residential new build, does anyone know who is currently offering them?
We are not first time buyers so can't use any of those deals.
Thanks.

It's Weston Homes.0

Highest I know of is 85% with Nationwide (compared to 80% Halifax)
Hope this helps

Thanks Holly.
I know the LLoyds group have started doing them but only for Barratts, Persimmon Homes and Taylor Wimpey, not much help to me as we are looking at buying from Weston.
Might have to just bite the bullet and go with 85%.0 -
Halifax have just announced 90% new build lending but only on properties built by Barratts, Persimmon Homes and Taylor Wimpey
Suspect this is where Kingstreet was heading towards.

Thanks GSM, guess I'll have to dig a bit deeper and stump up the 85%.0
