perhaps this seller cannot afford to sell at this price, so better they stay put than actually sell.

yeah i had moved on basically, until the EA brought it back up on the weekend.
Not really fussed either way my offer is my final offer so they can take it or leave it just trying to ascertain whether the EA is being a bit devious.0 -
Hold on, don't up your offer. It sounds like the vendor is getting twitchy as yours is the only offer they have had plus their vendor is probably applying pressure as well.
I would carry on looking at other properties. You could always buy the property they want.0 -
HAHA the property they want is in the wrong area for me lol.
I know they've had at least 1 offer but it was lower than mine (know the person).
Thinking maybe they like the property the want a lot and their is putting pressure on them. we shall see, they can contact me not other way round.
On a side note as I said i'd reinstate my precious offer does the EA0 -
have to submit this to the vendor (i.e. i'll get a notice of rejection off them again)0
