Unpaid buyer cancel or open unpaid item process

I have the unpaid assistant open, she (or is it a he?!) opens the case exactly 4 days after bid and then closes 4 days later.

If I get a stroppy email I say that the system is automated by Ebay - which isn't a lie.

I agree with chancesare, set up the unpaid assistant thing and let it do its stuff on the 4th day.

Thanks for the advice given here.
I opened a NPB dispute on the 6th day following all my attempts at contact being ignored. It was a 0 feedback USA ebayer. I still feel a bit guilty though but then I'm a bit of a softy.
