Drain Blocked Again!

Advice needed please?????

My next door neighbours drain gets constantly blocked, about two or three times a year (manhole is in their garden) and once theirs is blocked ours starts to become blocked too (ours is also in our garden and not very nice on a hot summer day). They either call out Dino-rod to unblock it or manage to unblock it themselves with their own rods. They have insurance to cover this but are only entitled to call out the professionals twice in a year.

This not only is a health hazard imo, but extremely off putting as we sometimes can't make use of our garden because of the smell, they obviously know there is a problem but aren't doing a great deal to rectify the situation. We have mentioned to them over the garden fence about it but don't want to fall out with them.

Is there anything we can do?

We have the same problem too but its got worse since the new neighbours moved in 2 yrs ago. Used to block up once every 6 months but now once a month. To add insult to injury when I returned home from holiday my neighbour told me that whilst I'd been away the drain had blocked again and Dynorod had convinced her that the drain needed cameras/relining/rebuilding which she gave the OK to ; and that I owed her £2000 for my share of the drain. Great surprise to come home to; why couldn't she just get down amongst it for a couple of mins after all she dealt it !. Anyhow 4 grand lighter between us it still blocks every month so the answer is I NEVER TAKE HOLIDAYS - I can't afford to with this Witch - Shes lovely really but I wish she had asked me
