its not unsubscribe its cancel contract, you need to speek to a person ,the unsubscribe just stops some of there text message things coming to you,
you could try 150 again and then pressing 0000 (they might have stopped this) or 150 then 2 and 2 again
there or their, one day i might us the right one ,until then tuff

Judging by the username, I think it may be the OP. She may have gotten a little confused on how the forum works.

OP, you need to call and give 30 days notice to end your contract. Are you at the end of your minimum term? If you're not, you will have to pay any remaining payments before they will cancel it.
Have I helped? Feel free to click the 'Thanks' button. I like to feel useful (and smug). ;)

Look at your bill, write (and send it recorded) to the address on the back stating you want to cancel.

If you want to move your number you need a PAC, if you ask for that you cannot cancel a contract at the same time, once you get the PAC code it has to be used in 30 days or your contract will revert back to a 30 day contract and you'll need to start agian.

I've been trying to contact them today too, the message says there is a 20 minute wait but I've waited longer than that twice, I'm now being patient for a third time.
If they won't speak to me how am I meant to give them 30 days notice?
I even popped into a shop as I was in town and the sales assistant couldn't help but said she could ring them but when she did she got put into the same queue :rotfl:
