How long have the bank got to pay up?

Ive taken one of my banks to court and even though they acknowledged my claim the 28 days is up on sunday so they may well not put in a defence. So there like Martins article says, I'll claim by default. However, once I've done this, how long has the bank got to pay up before the baliff's are sent for?!?!

I've just started entering the competitions (July 07). When I win I'll update this signature. Look on the bright side, I shouldn't have to update it very often.
