Mortgage period ending want to renew.

Dear all,
At last mortgage period is ending next year and I will be mortgage free.
Problem is that I want to continue with the same terms for another 10years, should i try it with my existing provider or change? I am on a flexible mortgage and it is .75 above BOE rates.

can any one suggest how i go about this please.

Sorry,but if I've read it right you won't have a mortgage to continue with will you?

or do you mean you want to borrow more at .75% above BOE?,if so - you've got no chance.

I just want to extend the period of my flexible mortgage. It will be paid off next year but i want to try and extend the current arrangement for another 10 years, is this too complicated?

If the mortgage term ends next year, I'm not sure what you can do. I can't imagine a lender extending the term at that rate. They can get a higher rate from you, or from another borrower with renegotiation.

All you can do is ask them. Not much chance you'll get a reliable answer to such a specific and lender-sensitive issue on here.
