Sheilas Wheels Car Insurance

For no apparent reason Sheilas Wheels wrote to me to let me know they were adding legal cover to my policy for free, and that this would be until renewal (3 months).

At renewal the quote was pretty close to any I could find on comparison sites, so I let it roll over into another year. Now they have written to say that the legal cover is included after renewal and is no longer free. However the letter goes on to explain that as they did not make that clear, and did not outline the costs in advance, they would like to say sorry, refund the cost of the legal cover, and let me have it free for the year.

The letter ends with another sorry for any inconvenience or confusion caused.

The inconvenience of reading two letters for 15 months free legal cover seems excellent value! :T
