Vodafone / Capquest

I've got a rather odd situation with Vodafone and was wondering if someone here has had a similar experience or could help me out with a couple of things that have been playing on my mind.

I went to India on holiday and came back to a rather large bill of £250. Stupidly I didn't contact them and then Capquest got involved asking me for the full amount of the rest of my contract £1000. I called them and setup a repayment plan of £100 a month and have been paying that for the past six months.

However I was wondering if there is a way of me getting connected back with Vodafone before clearing that full amount with Capquest. Oddly I still get a bill from Vodafone roughly a week after the payment to Capquest with the £100 I've paid knocked off each month.

Am I wishful thinking or would it be worth a phone call to them??

Thanks a lot guys

only way is to write or call them
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Have you checked your credit file? That's the first thing they'll look at before offering you anything. Since they've probably already fried your credit reating, why risk another - switch to PAYG instead.

    Hi sjteck,

Naturally I can't make any guarantees here but it's always worth us taking a look at things.

To enable us to do this could you email us with the details of the account in question via the email address in our profile page here?

When sending it just quote WRT135 - MSE Fao Lee in subject line and include a link to your thread.

    Thanks,
