1. This promotion is organised by QVC and is open to any UK resident aged 18 years or over, except employees or agents of QVC or any of their group companies, their families, households and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. Entries must be limited to one per individual. This competition is exclusive to QVCUK's Facebook fan page.
4. First Stage: entrants must answer 1 question:
Question: Name Balance Me’s brand new face oil
A: Fabulous Face Oil
B: Beautiful Face Oil

5. Entrants must email their answer to the question to competitions_uk@qvc.com. Entrants should add “Balance Me Facebook Comp” to the subject line of the email together with their name and full postal address. Entrants should supply their answer to the question in the body of the email.

6. Entries must be made from 10.00am on 20/01/12 (“the Opening Date”) and received by QVC no later than 10:00am on 23/01/12 (“the Closing Date”). Entries received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date will not be eligible.
7. Second Stage: Entrants who have submitted their entries by the Closing Date in accordance with these term and conditions and who have answered the question correctly will go forward into the second stage of the promotion. This involves 5 winners being drawn at random. The draw will take place by 15:30pm on 23/01/12.
8. QVC will use all reasonable endeavours to notify the winners by email or Facebook message by 16:00pm on 23/01/12.
9. The prize awarded to each winner will be a Balance Me Try Me collection worth approximately £22
13. QVC will publish the name and town of the winners on the QVCUK Facebook fan page by 16.30pm on 23/01/12
