i am buying a house and i have written acceptance of my offer of 100k and i move in on 4rth of april. i am delighted of the change of the threshold of the stamp duty to 120k, what i am wondering is am i classed as a first time buyer ?
i have bought 2 houses before both of which were in joint names, i am now seperated and purchasing this house all on my own, will i qualify as a first time buyer and benifit from the change to the stamp duty threshold ?
