claim back if you overpaid for England or Man Utd football shirts

Not sure if this is the best thread to post on.
If you bought a Mancester United or England football shirt in 2000 or 2001 and still have the shirt with the label intact, take it into any JJB Sports shop. for a £10 refund, (£5 refund without the label). If you no longer have the shirt but have the till receipt or proof of purchase you can still get £10. This is because several retailers including JJB have been fined for running an unlawful cartel to fix the price of these shirts which originally cost £39.99 and JJB have agreed to refund a partial repayment. They will also honour the refund if you can produce shirts purchased from another retailer and still have the original till receipt. For more info and photos of the specific shirts covered by the offer, check http://www.jjbsports.com/content/static/static.aspx?pagenum=920 -
Hello Primrose
It's a pity we don't have a 'Sports' board.;)
The 'In my home (includes DIY) MoneySaving' board isn't suited to your thread so I'll move it to the 'Anything Else' board.
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email !!!!!!.

Sorry to bump such an old thread but I've just seen this on the JJB website.

I didn't want to start a new thread.
So if you got your free shirt and mug you can have an extra £5 compensation.
Also am I right in saying that I can get £5 compensation each for a Man Utd shirt and an England shirt even if I do not have proof of purchase?
Cheers,

Ooo, I had registered with the campaign but changed e-mails last year and have had no contact since, obviously.
I think I may just take the shirts into jjb, as I have at least 3 and it looks like I should get £30 as all have their labels.0
