Looks like Scotland only as, when selecting location, only areas of Scotland are included. There's not even an "other" to select so, unless you live in Scotland, you're unable to enter.

But that's just a list of garages (which covers a very small area even within Scotland). Presumably it's meant to be where you saw the info about the competition - I don't think they mean you have to live at a garage! You might have been just passing through Mind you, by all means don't enter & leave more chances for those of us who live in Scotland
