ESA Letter

Hi, I had a medical(changing from IB to ESA) last December 19 but have recieved no letter from them yet. Should I have heard by now?
I did recieve a letter saying my income support(I was getting income support as IB) was going up.This letter wasn't from Atos though.

I guess there are extreme delays.
I had a ESA50 (renewal) to fill in submitted to them closing on 4 months ago now.
Not called for a medical, or any decision.0
