In Arrears Orange Contract Payment

Hi,
I changed my direct debit for my orange contract from one of my bank accounts to my new one last month and was told that my payments will come from that account from now on, except for the payment for December which will still come out of my old account.
However I have just looked at my on-line banking to see that they payment has not been taken (January's has been taken from my new account) and the direct debit has been removed.
I then went to look at my credit report which now says I am 'In Arrears' with orange even though there's enough money in my old account and defiantly enough in my new account to make a payment.
I am going to ring them up tomorrow and ask them to take the payment straight away but I was wondering if they would removed the 'In Arrears' from my credit file as besides this, my credit report is 'perfect'!
Thanks
James

I rang them up and they are taking the money for the payment missed which was only 20p, it didn't include the full amount of December for 'In Arrears' to appear on my credit file, it was because of the 20p.
The CSA told me to write to them to get them to remove the 'In Arrears' off my credit report!Money: Current Account: £85.24 | Cash ISA: £5300.00 | Online Saver: £2700.00* | Total Cash: £8085.24
