Right today will be a NSD - for tomorrow is a planned BSD!
Have put wash machine on to use solar elec (well mostly anyway) then will dry on airer.
First morning with lower temp on thermostat (down to 150C) - chuffing cold especially as was first night with a frost for a while so jogged on spot for couple mins waving my arms as I tried to dress for dog walking to persuade myself it wasn't that cold honest! Very glad no one could see that little stint, must have looked like a deranged monkey!
Lunch from stores and dinner also tonight using last of veg bought at start of week - fridge looking empty as only thing left is some cheese!
Create packed lunch for trip tomorrow to NEC (means will not spend on vastly over priced food there!) and remember to put entry voucher in bag plus fill water bottles and put in fridge so are cold for trip up there.
Pack bottle of nice fizzy plonk for present for Dad's partner present (so cheap and so lovely no one realises it is not proper champagne - even the apparent aficionados! It's called Paul Burr if anyone is interested and you get it in France in the supermercardoes!)
Check bank a/c and transfer money for the last bill to be paid this month (and that would be £2.84 left!)

Hi all
I've barely been on here all week - I've just been so blimming busy that by the end of the day I get an hour on here to catch up and then I want to get off to bed. Anyway, should be able to catch up properly over the weekend. Hope everyone is well.
I'm having quite a big spendy day today to be honest. I'm going out with my friend tonight to celebrate her new job. She hasn't worked for 4 years to raise her son, then got the first job that she applied for. I've decided to take £100 out of the bank and that has to do me the whole weekend, including the grocery shopping - so a bit of mse, because if I'm not careful then I won't have enough to feed my kids next week! Well, not quite but I want to be wary of how much I spend tonight. I'll leave £60 at home in case anyone is sneakily wondering if I'd really spend £100 on a night out. (I'm hoping for nearer £20).
Other things I have done today
checked bank account
washing done and on airer
chased up childcare vouchers
sorted through my clothes and had a freedom day with my wardrobe
charged my phone at work
taking cash out of the bank so I can't overspend tonightNinja Saving Turtle0
