I've just received a Sainsbury's mailing with "Spend £40 in store; get a voucher for 12p a litre off petrol" so if you are likely to get this offer too, you may wish to hold off buying at Morrisons...

any more info, i was going to fill up tomoz and i have to do a 25 mile round trip to my nearest Sainsbury

The offer is part of a targeted direct mail campaign so customers can only get the petrol discount if they receive the offer through the post. The customer will need to bring the token they’ve received through the post into store and hand it in at the till when they’ve done their shopping

I found Morrisons don't give you long to redeem it - I think it is 10 days. I lost out once cos I had just filled the car up before I got it and hadn't used much fuel before it expired.:mad:

From the web site - you’ve got until 15th January to collect your vouchers, and until 22nd January to use them.
