Do they actually exist? I have messaged one because I have a problem with my service and I have not had a reply after 6 days yet the lead time says 24 hours. I have also sent further messages since my initial one.
I have been happy with them until now. Very disappointed. :mad:

They do normally reply within 24 hours obviously in this case they have failed. Try asking again as suggested0

So maybe there are some advantages with Orange after all??? At least they have 150 and some (not all!) good CS reps.0 -

I contacted them a few days ago and got a message saying they were busy and it would take longer for them to respond. It took about 3 days before I received an email to say that my problem had been resolved. Have you logged into your account to see if they have responded. Personally I would message them again.
Is it something you can ask on the giffgaff community board because then you will get instant replies.0 -
It's over 30 days and counting to a reply to my question, it's not something the community could answer, in fact it's a simple question.
Ordered a sim 28th Nov.
Nothing in the post so i emailed "Have you dispatched a SIM yet" on the 5th of December.
SIM finally arrived about the 15th but still no reply by email or in the my giffgaff account bit.
Reply is now academic as I was going to move to them but was put off by lack of support and went to Tesco, £2.50 a month more than GG , but when I did ask a question I got a reply next day.0 -
